Any

Lying must be so amazingly easy on the Internet. It must be so easy to hide, to thoroughly conceal our feelings and pretend with precision. Safely and with no single mistake. Nobody knows, nobody suspects and nobody even has grounds for conjectures because pixels arranged in a certain sequence, creating letters on the screen, do not provide any evidence. Communication? Yes, it does exist here, which means we can tell a friend to meet us on the market square at five, but we are not able to express how much we want, how much we miss or how much we are happy. How can we, anyway, even for a moment, think that letters can replace a word said in a pleasant voice, that pixels can replace an emotion, and a smiley - eyes full of happiness. It is almost funny how illusory is the feeling of closeness with another person, which exists, if at all, only in our imagination. How sad is the world today, where a centimetre of liquid crystals and a piece of plastic stand in place of something that is the most beautiful in a human being.
