"I don't know whether my bony fingers will be enough to count all these months. I wouldn't like to let us get lost somewhere in this Huge Web." someone (then a dear friend) told me, a few years ago, after a couple of months of silence between us. He said that in a lengthy and elaborate e-mail and then... disappeared in "this Huge Web".
We didn't talk since then.
It's too easy to disappear here.
